Moira's professionalism, knowledge, and high works ethic, would lead me to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Moira is not only knowledgeable on current market prices, but she has knowledge in a variety of other home related fields. Some of these deal with structure, plumbing, and electrical work to name a few. Moira is able to foresee a problem so it does not become your problem later on. I found the home buying and selling process while dealing with Moira to be extremely smooth and stress free. Moira was always available to me whether it was in the early morning hours or late in the evening to address any questions or concerns that I may have had. I feel lucky to have found Moira as a real estate agent as using anyone else would have been doing myself a disservice.

I had to sell my parents home and I lived out of state, so I relied on her for much more than the simple sale of the home. My parents, who were very nervous and reluctant to move, liked Moira immediately, and felt like the sale of their home was in good hands. Moira was very helpful to me in suggesting clean out companies, local lawyers, electricians, chimney experts, etc. She was also quite thorough in her market analysis and had a good pricing strategy. She was also extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.

She also has local knowledge as she lives nearby. She answered the phone on the very first ring every single time. "Moira is a real professional in every sense of the word. She is very personable, upbeat and pleasure to work with. Mine was especially difficult for her as I was almost 300 miles away when I was trying to sell our house. She handled every aspect of the job and much more with the speed of NOW and a knowledge of what needs to be done to give you the best chance of selling the house with speed and at the best price. She offered excellent suggestions and takes care of so many things you would never think of. So important to me being so far from the house is her communication skills and time frame. Just can's state enough how very glad she was my realtor. I think she gave me a real advantage in selling our house.
